@Shpigford If your goal is to "lose weight" then strength training can be misleading. It increases your lean mass (muscle, bone, etc) which can mask loss of fat on the scale. Super important to increase work capacity. So don't increase volume until you can start after your rest period.

@carcerking @emollick People seem to be able to approach this by simply describing the process steps in words (step 1: do X, step 18: do S if Y, etc) so the AI is "forced" to map itself onto a few limited options.
